Topcoat is a 1K Nitrocellulose finish for solid colours and single-layer metallic finishes.  

It is very fast drying. 
It is suitable for the painting and refurbishment of fixtures and fittings, machinery and equipment, and many other industrial painting applications where fast drying gloss finish is required.
