Leonard Brooks Harlow was formed in 1981 and have established ourselves as a much regarded outlet providing a large range of quality products to both the professional and enthusiast in the Auto refinish industry, Industrial paints industry, Agricultural paints and Aeroplane restoration industry . Leonard Brooks have established many longstanding relationships with some of the leading UK suppliers which allows us to be competitive and provide quality products to our customers. We have a team of experienced trained staff who are dedicated to providing a high quality service to our customers. We have a Retail/Trade counter at our Harlow premises open Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.
